Leadership

While we believe that all members of Christ's church are called to use their resources and gifts for the glory of God and for the discipleship of all nations under the ultimate, supreme headship of Jesus Christ (i.e., everyone a priest/priestess (1 Pt 2:9), everyone a missionary (2 Cor 5:14-21; Jn 20:21), everyone a discipler (Mt 28:16-20), everyone a leader within the sphere God has ordained and according to the gifts He has given (1 Cor 12:1-31, 14:26; Eph 4:11-16), Martus Collective is secondarily led by a plurality of biblically qualified, male elders (1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Pt 5:1-5), ordained by and serving under the authority and oversight of the Midwest District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (https://legacy.cmalliance.org/district/the-alliance-midwest).
