Leadership Development

As a Kingdom oriented, microchurch planting movement, identifying and raising up leadership for healthy multiplication is of the utmost importance. At the same time, it is important to note that in our framework, what is typically thought of as required for "church leadership," (i.e., charismatic personality/leadership, well-honed preaching gifts, high level administrative abilities, advanced theological education, etc.), is not required. If you have a passion for and sense a divine calling to help lead within this ministry, we would love to discern that together and to provide you with ministry opportunities to test and to be proven in that calling. For those who are desirous of and called to eldership within this community, who meet the biblical qualifications for eldership (1 Tim 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Pt 5:1-5), we would be glad to walk with you in community through a process of training and testing in this calling as well.

Coming Soon: Along with a number of likeminded church planters and missional leaders in the area, we are discerning together the initiation of a formal developmental cohort/apprenticeship/greenhouse environment for missional leaders of all different backgrounds and callings (i.e., not strictly limited to what we might traditionally think of as "local church leaders" - pastors, elders, etc.). If you would be interested in something like a cohort/apprenticeship opportunity to discern your missionary call, to be equipped as a disciple and as a missional leader in community, and to be launched into whatever missional endeavor the LORD is calling you into, please be in touch!
